I have trained at the gym for many years and started training with Movement late 2019. I have always been in pretty good shape, but found that after lockdown and Christmas indulgences, my weight and body shape were not where I wanted them to be. I started my journey coaching with Aaron in January 2022. My weight started at around 70kg. My nutrition was set out by Aaron and I was given all the encouragement and tools to help me. I had a few challenges along the way as being vegetarian, I struggled not only in getting the required amounts, but finding a protein supplement that I would tolerate. Working with Aaron and the movement team made this easier to manage, I received recommendations and support every step of the way and this helped me. Each month, I found that I was seeing progressive weight loss and my body shape was changing too. Skip forward 6 months and I have achieved my target weight of 60kg and smashed my 58kg maintenance weight so am now officially in maintenance. I am overjoyed with what I have achieved and excited with what Aaron now has in store for me. Can not recommend Movement enough if you want to change your lifestyle, mindset and get in shape for good!

I first started training with Movement in May 2018. At this point I was extremely overweight and lacking in self confidence to the point that I wouldn't take my T-shirt off in public. From the beginning I found the team very knowledgeable, patient and focused on getting the best out of you to achieve your full potential. They do not accept the words "I can't do it" they will find a way to support you, explain and demonstrate exercises or replace them for a modified version until you can perform them - in my case it was the squat. If you follow their guidance you will definitely get the results you are wanting but you must be prepared to put the work in. The whole team has loads of patience and tricks up their sleeves to help you achieve the impossible. As you can see from my latest picture I have lost three and a half stones, lost loads of body fat to get leaner and gained a lot more confidence, so much so that I actually walked around with my T-shirt off whilst on holiday. In conclusion, if you are willing to commit yourself fully to your training, nutrition and always give 100% you will not be disappointed. You won't find anyone any better to supervise your transformation.
