We are a dedicated local gym, supporting the Kirkby-in-Ashfield community and surrounding areas to hit their health, strength and fitness goals.

Our friendly, patient and expertly trained coaches are here to guide you through your training – no matter what your fitness level.

We offer premium strength and conditioning coaching in the form of small intimate group sessions, giving you the mutual motivation of group training along with the quality of one to one personal training at a fraction of the cost.

By focusing our daily group sessions on specific muscle groups and a full body conditioning workouts, we ensure our clients can build lean muscle mass and burn fat as well as achieving personal performance targets.

Co-owner and co-head coach of Movement. With over 5 years as a coach Aaron has built a strong knowledge base not only around health and fitness but also people and habits. Creating good strong habits is one big key step to achieving success in your fitness journey.

All gym sessions are fully coached by our expert trainers, when you train at Movement Health and Fitness you are never left alone to figure it out for yourself.

Here are our session times, All sessions are 45 minutes in duration.

Monday – Friday

6am – 7am – 9:30am  –  5pm – 6pm – 7pm


7am – 8am
