Co-owner and co-head coach of Movement. With 4 and a half years as a coach Aaron has built a strong knowledge base not only around health and fitness but also people and habits. Creating good strong habits is one big key step to achieving success in your fitness journey.

I’ve always been active with running, body building, CrossFit and even had my own PT before embarking on my own career.

Session times

All gym sessions are fully coached by our expert trainers, when you train at Movement Health and Fitness you are never left alone to figure it out for yourself.

Here are our session times, All sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Monday – Friday

6am – 7am – 9:30am  –  5pm – 6pm – 7pm

Saturday – Sunday

7am – 8am

Personal coaching

Personal Coaching is available by appointment only to find the best time to suit.
