I joined Movement on a 6 week course in an effort to get into better shape for my holiday. I had no intention of remaining afterwards, at all. Basically because I'm not ( or wasn't) a big fan of gyms. I'm not really sure what I expected initially but this place is amazing. The sessions are varied and never the same. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. They adapt exercises to suit individual abilities or health issues but always manage to get you to push yourself to gain the most from your time there and achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be. In my 6 short weeks I lost weight and felt great, but more importantly, healthier. So much so that I didn't want to stop! So after my holiday I joined a more long-term program and I'm still here working towards my goals 😀 Everyone there is so friendly. There's no set "type" of person that goes, different ages, sizes, genders and abilities, which means you are working at your pace or limit. If you have been thinking about joining somewhere, join here....you genuinely will not regret it! Make the investment in yourself.
