Personal Training is provided by all coaches at Movement Health and Fitness in Kirkby-In-Ashfield.

Personal Training is perfect if you are looking for more specific one to one training, to have all sessions and nutritional guidance specifically moulded to you your goals and lifestyle.
Personal Training sessions are held in our private Personal Training studio, away from the group sessions. Here we can take you through your programmed training sessions with 100% focus on you, your specific goals and technique.
Personal training is the next step up in your Journey, everything is built and adjusted to your specific body type, training and nutritional requirements as well as your goals.
Our Personal Training comes with FULL access to all other group training sessions at Movement Health and Fitness completely free!

If you aren’t able to commit to visiting the gym or don’t live local to Movement Health and Fitness but still want to benefit from the amazing coaching on offer we also support and work with clients online.

This works very well for long distance clients – who are receiving the same great advice, support and at home or gym bases workouts and programming to follow as the gym members – in a virtual sense – with outstanding results.
The plan is 100% online so as long as you have access to apps and emails then you are good to go.
