Gym Based Training

Group Sessions

Full membership Our group sessions are less than £22 per week.

Our sessions are intimate groups of no more than 12 people per hour and focus on muscle building, weight training and fat-burning workouts.

Weekend Membership For those not able to commit to a full membership, we offer a weekend group session membership – these sessions cover total body – and are a mixture of muscle building and cardio.  4 class times to choose from – all 4 classes can be attended from £12.50 per week

Our group sessions are coached to a high standard ensuing you perform efficiently with correct technique and get the most from each workout. Our community is supportive, trusting and accountable making sure you feel right at home at Movement. We build fitness, strength and endurance all while guiding you through nutrition to help you achieve your goals.

Here at Movement Health and Fitness we provide intimate group training sessions for no more than 12 people at a time. This allows our focus to be on you when you need it. Each session is fully coached and you will be guided through every aspect of the hour.

The sessions focus on a different and specific muscle group each day as well as a full body workout. This ensures you build strength, fitness and endurance all while hitting your physique goals. Nutrition guidance is given when needed so we can get you on the right path.

We come together as a TEAM so you will always have support and encouragement.

Primal Shred Transformation

Our Primal Shred programme is designed to be an intense 8 week plan that gets results while helping you build knowledge to keep your results after the after the course is complete.

You get full access to all sessions at Movement as well as weekly meetings, information provided weekly, tasks to be completed through the weeks, goal reviews and measurements, all the tools required to make a big impact and long lasting change.

Primal Shred is a total cost of £299 or 2 payments of £149.50 for a personalised training and nutrition plan, constant support and handy tips to keep you on track.

PRIMAL Shred is designed to get results while building your knowledge week by week. We teach you all about nutrition, training, sleep, stress, NEAT and everything you need to know so you will always be able to progress. This programme requires effort will be difficult at times, but this is when you will see the most change.

Personal Training

Personal Training is provided by all coaches at Movement Health and Fitness in Kirkby-In-Ashfield.

Who is Personal Training for?

Personal Training is perfect if you are looking for more specific one to one training, to have all sessions and nutritional guidance specifically moulded to you your goals and lifestyle.

Personal Training sessions are held in our private Personal Training studio, away from the group sessions. Here we can take you through your programmed training sessions with 100% focus on you, your specific goals and technique.

Our Personal Training comes with FULL access to all other group training sessions help at Movement Health and Fitness completely free!

Online Training

If you aren’t able to commit to visiting the gym or don’t live local to Movement Health and Fitness but still want to benefit from the amazing coaching on offer we also support and work with clients online. 

This works very well for long distance clients – who are receiving the same great advice, support and at home workouts and  programming to follow as the gym members – in a virtual sense – still with outstanding results.

The plan is 100% online so as long as you have access to apps and emails then you are good to go.

Personal Training online with Movement includes conference calls to monitor progress and discuss any issues.

 

Primal Online Training

The plan is 100% online so as long as you have access to apps and emails then you are good to go.
